· Register all government budgetary receipt and payment documents
· Monitor and register applications of issuing general receipt vouchers (GR) for governmental units, agencies and municipalities.
· Monitor and maintain government budgetary and financial procedures
· Calculate appropriate amount of budget payments for every governmental units or ministries quarterly
· Responsible for verification and correcting the chronological, sequential and serialization of all governmental documents;
· Assist all government information required by auditors at time.
